All the staff is very kind and lovely with my little boy, 2y old. They follow all the requirements of de DCF. And they are the only (in the brevard county) one that doesn’t have any issues/reports from the DCF the past 2 years. So, you can be sure your kid will be safe and happy there. went to dcf website to look for gold sealed child care and this one came up which is great surprisingly a lot of day cares aren’t gold sealed which makes me feel uneasy. Parents make sure you go to the DCF website when looking for accredited child care you can also see if there were any incidents were daycares were not doing what was needed you can call elc they will provide you with the info

We accept children from 6 weeks through 12 years of age, offering programs for infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K (VPK), and before/after school care.

Our center is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Yes! We have an open-door policy and welcome parents to visit, participate in classroom activities, or observe at any time.

Yes, we are contracted with the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program and also accept ELC subsidized care.

We keep our classes intentionally small to ensure each child receives personal attention. Ratios vary by age group to meet state guidelines and support individualized care.

Yes, we offer a full summer camp program with field trips, arts and crafts, fitness, and fun enrichment activities. Children enjoy safe, structured schedules that keep learning exciting all summer long.

Yes! We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily. Meals are nutritious, balanced, and follow child nutrition guidelines.

Yes, Doorway To Learning is a Gold Seal accredited center. This recognition is awarded to childcare providers who go above and beyond state licensing requirements to provide high-quality care and education.

All of our teachers hold the state-required 40-hour childcare certification, are trained in CPR and First Aid, and many hold higher education degrees in early childhood education.

We use the Creative Curriculum, a play-based program that supports holistic development through hands-on exploration, project-based learning, and enrichment activities such as Spanish, sign language, fitness, and music.

We conduct monthly emergency drills, and our staff is trained to follow strict safety procedures. Parents are always contacted immediately in case of an emergency.
